Solid, comfy, cute - love them!
These are so solid... not your typical squishy-base espadrille. The inside leather patches on the heal and ball of the foot will be awesome... sometimes the rawness of my other espadrilles hurts my feet after prolonged wear. The platinum metallic is a little darker than I expected, but very understated/classy. If you're looking for "bling", this isn't the shoe... it's not "in your face" metallic. The elastic bands are comfy. At first they left marks on the top of my feet, until I realized you can adjust them... now they are super comfy. While not technically "wide shoe", EF tends to run looser than your average medium width... and these are no different. They are perfect for me (I'm a B+, but not quite a W), but I bet a narrower foot might slip around in these. LOVE THEM!

Unraveled as I walked
Disappointed would be an understatement. The shoes literally fell apart after two wearings. The last stitch was simply "tucked" into the previous one and when I walk every stitch began to unravel. I'm a huge Nordstrom shoe person, but these were the worst shoe I've ever owned.

Super cute but poorly constructed
Really cute, versatile, fit well. Within 2 weeks, they unraveled requiring a repair. A few months later, the rubber sole came apart from one shoe - another repair. A year later, the attachment for the elastic strap has popped off. At this price point, I had higher expectations.

Too stiff
I love the look of these and the length was perfect, but the back of the shoe is so stiff that my heel was bleeding after wearing for 2 hours with very minimal walking. These are far from comfortable, which is a shame because they could be such a great casual shoe.

Disappointment
Absolutely disappointed with the quality of this shoe. I have bought multiple pairs of Eileen Fisher shoes in the past and have never been upset with the quality but this shoe was abysmal. After wearing them two times I found the stitching on BOTH shoes completely falling apart. I had to pay another $20 to have them fixed and the shoe repair man told me they fell apart because the stitching was done poorly. Nordstrom offered no solution other than return the shoes, despite me saying that I now live abroad and that would not be possible! Upset with both Eileen Fisher and Nordstrom.
