A Happy Mistake
I wanted these boots in black, but alas there was one pair left online and I did not get it, so I decided to order in the graphite. Not exactly the color I really wanted but I would use that color. Well, they came yesterday. I found it odd the box was nealy destroyed but when I opened it up I saw the shoes were the black ones I originally wanted. It looks like these were a return and someone returned the black in a graphite box and no one at Nordstrom checked. Usually I'd be complaining about that but in this case I'm glad for Nordstrom's laziness because I wound up with the color I wanted!! They fit great ! Love them! But Nordstrom, you really need to check your returns.

On the Fence
I've worn these once around the house, but I'm still on the fence on whether I'm keeping them. Size-wise, I'm a consistent size 10M across brands and these booties feel true to size. While they are cute and comfortable, paying a premium for a bootie who's upper is nearly 1/2 elastic seems steep. Given the material, it's also hard to tell if these shoes will keep your relatively dry (I realize they're not waterproof) and warm in the winter.

A snug keeper
These booties are cute and very versatile. The wedge is comfortable and gives a useful lift. I purchased the graphite color that will compliment just about any color. I only wish I read “snug” in the description more carefully. I have a wide foot and it is snug indeed. I kept my usual size because suede will stretch a bit and didn’t want to hassle of a return. But if in doubt, order up a half size.

Beautiful bootie
Typical Eileen Fisher quality and style. These booties are comfortable right away and classy looking. Just the right wedge height and the stitching trim looks great. I I am sure I will wear them a lot.

Love these!
These are soooo comfortable and have the perfect height to them. I am between an 8.5 and 9 and the 8.5 were a bit to snug for me so I exchanged them for a 9 and they’re perfect! Can’t wait for cooler temps to wear these.
