Fine Gauge Merino Wool Perfect for Warmth
I am wearing this sweater in Dove today over an EF chambray blouse (light blue), which keeps me warm indoors or outdoors in our fall weather. It's not too much sweater and looks refined enough to take me through any situation. I love these sweaters, which are perfect for transitional weather or to layer up in chilly temps. This lightweight, almost year-round sweater is one of the best clothing items I've bought in years. It's made well, drapes well, and washes well. Both comfortable and lovely, the colors are vibrant. I have two, and if they had more in my size I'd by more! Unless you really like the boxy fit, I recommend sizing down.

The Perfect Wardrobe Basic!
I absolutely LOVE anything Eileen Fisher does in merino wool. The fine gauge knit it this sweater makes for the perfect layering piece and can be worn year-round. Would LOVE to see this sweater, a basic long cardigan and matching longer tunic is a number of colors that could be wardrobe basics and available year round -- black, navy, tobacco, dark grey, heather grey, spruce, and maybe a soft pink or pale yellow. The sleeve width is good to accomodate a knit or woven top underneath. Collar and length is good too. Maybe just a smidge longer in the sleeve. ;) LOVE merino wool!
