Emery Loafer (Women)

Pro's: Pull on/pull off: The leather at the back feels like suede, and is very soft. Knit Stretch Fabric: seems fine Cons: It has a flat, stiff sole. If you look at the bottom of the shoe, there is no curve/cut out between where your heel and the ball of your foot steps. I will return due to: -width: I have wide feet, and they felt too tight. - sole is stiff/uncomfortable to walk in (I noticed it's worse on a harder surface like a wood floor, but less so on carpet.)

I usually cannot comfortably wear loafers without socks, but these shoes are an exception. I wore them for about 3 hours to run errands, and was comfortable the whole time. The soft, bendable fabric heel kept the shoe from rubbing against my sensitive heel, and the insoles were breathable enough that my feet did not feel hot even on a hot muggy day. The shoes do not have enough arch support to make them suitable for long walks, but for in-town all-day wear, they are great. They do run small. I sized up a half size and they seemed tight when I first put them on--but since the upper is fabric, there is some stretch in them. I bought them in "midnight," which is a dark navy.
