Crewneck Organic Cotton Sweater

The color of this sweater is so lovely and it is so flattering that I was distressed when, wearing it for the first time, it began to unravel. I have worn virtually nothing but Eileen Fisher for at least a decade, and some of their earlier sweaters were exquisite, imaginative combinations of interesting fabrics and interesting colors. Lately, the quality of these loose-weave sweaters, in particular, sets them at a far remove from the Eileen Fisher sweaters of just a it was a few years ago. Their choice to use these shorter lengths is also less than appealing. They tend to hit at exactly the wrong place. I am returning it, and wishing that someone at Eileen Fisher would address the emerging issues that this sweater represents.
