Classic Collar Organic Linen Boxy Shirt

Have had several Eileen Fisher linen shirts and tunics over the years, so thought I would give this option a try in Blueberry, but at the end of the day, decided that a 30" tunic with three quarter length sleeves might be a slightly more streamlined look for me. At the same time, was thankful to finally find a different color than the usual black or white or earth tones, so appreciate the fact that EF may be offering us longtime customers greater variety.

I bought this shirt because of the color (greenish) and because it was on sale. I couldn’t have brought myself to pay full price but I’d been looking everywhere for this color. I wear linen shirts over t-shirts and tanks to protect my arms from the sun. I tried following the care instructions but ironing dry and warm didn’t remove enough of the wrinkles so I used steam with a cooler setting. That was enough to remove the wrinkles. Otherwise, I followed the washing and drying instructions. The shirt fits well. I bought a Petite Small. I am 5’4” and 115 lbs, for reference. I know I will get a lot of wear from this shirt.
