I am 5’7, 4/27 in most brands, and I got “M” - expecting these pants to be short, as the 5’6 viewers noted. They were not short. Granted, I wear them real low on my hips (like the model), and the length is enough for slides/flip flops, but they look good. Very pleasantly surprised.
