I would definitely size up as there isnt much fabric unless you want it really skimpy. Both top and bottom can be tied tighter if you get thye larger size.
The top has a seam so it is slightly shaped. Fabric has some stretch. Fairly soft

And surprisingly comfortable without exposing you ala J Jackson style. Stays in place... even even you are on the move. I'm small but with bigger chest (5",95 lbs but 32D) and the small barely does cover the nips wo incident but my oh my if I had bigger ones... it could be an issue.
