smells awful and texture changes when washed
I was super excited about this beautiful sweater and I love Boden. However, I hand washed this sweater before wearing and it smells so awful that it stank up the whole room. I washed it twice and it still smells terrible. The material was also weird after washing; no longer soft and needs to be reformed. It looked similar to when wool is heated, but I hand washed in cold. It’s disappointing that a sweater that costs this much is a total flop. I’m not going to wear anything that smells so toxic. I will be returning it and checking the materials before ordering other sweaters like this in the future.
