Super comfortable if you can get the right fit!
I love these shoes, I bought them in two different colors (grey rose and white). Trying really hard not to buy black and navy. They do fit quite large. I think ECCO's conversion to US sizing is a whole size off. For reference I usually wear 6-6.5 US in sneakers, and 36EU (marked as 5-5.5 US) is still big and loose on me. I'm so glad someone mentioned adding another layer of ECCO insoles - that's exactly what I did, and now I have double cushioning. As is, they would've been too big and wide.
One thing I didn't realize was that the grey color (which is not really rosy, mostly grey) and I think black and navy are nubuck leather (matte) on the upper, whereas the white color is a bit more shiny grained leather with sheen. I thought they might be all matte. I'll still keep the white, since it's hard to find a good pair of leather sneakers that's water-resistant. We can always use more of that in PNW!

Runs big and sounds clompy
I wanted to love these, but they just won’t work for me.
I’m normally a size 9 or 9.5, so naturally I ordered the 9-9.5 size. While my heel doesn’t slip, there is so much extra space in the toe area (see photo where I’m touching the end of my toe.) The shoe itself was easy to wear and not too heavy, but it sounds heavy if that makes sense. Like a clomp clomp noise when I walk around in them. Perhaps it has to do with the bubbly bottoms (see pic). It was a nice neutral color with gray/pink tones that feels like suede (for some reason I thought I had read they were leather?) At any rate, these were a no for me.

So Close
I really tried to love this shoe, but the size is all over the place. I own another pair from the Soft 7 collection so I tried ordering the same size (8-8.5) but they were way too big. When I sized down, my right foot fit perfectly but the toes on my left kept rubbing the inside. I thought I could ignore it and go about my day but once I recognized the problem it was all I could think about. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, these shoes clomp. It’s the strangest thing. They’re so lightweight but they sound like a heavy duty boot when you walk around. The search for the perfect slip on continues a I guess.

gigantic - Ecco you messed up. :(
Bought my normal size (US 8; EU 39) and my feet just flopped around inside the shoe. Got the grey and will be returning. I'll try the EU 38 but I have my doubts. I think it will be too short whereas these ones are way too long and wide. Bummer
I also bought another Ecco slip on and it's great.
