On the fence
These boots fit well in my normal size and are comfortable straight out of the box. Unfortunately, the color of the leather (medium brown) immediately struck me as cheap looking. Enough so that I tried to find the materials marking on the boots (and couldn't) and came back to the website to confirm I hadn't ordered synthetic leather without realizing it. I am happy with the fit and style of these, but unfortunately will likely return them because the smoother, less rich and more tan/orange shade of brown is not what I expected nor was hoping for. There is a chance the black wouldn't have this same problem.
