The Dyson 360 Vis Nav has been a strong addition to my home, and I find myself appreciating it more the longer I use it. What stands out immediately is its navigation. It operates with a clear sense of purpose—methodical, deliberate, and composed. It doesn’t waste time wandering; instead, it moves with intent, adapting well to the space and demonstrating a level of situational awareness that feels well thought out.
From a performance standpoint, the suction is consistently reliable. It handles both fine dust and more visible debris without issue, and there’s a noticeable difference after each cycle. What I value most here is the consistency—it performs at a high level without needing constant attention or adjustment.
The mapping capability reflects a level of sophistication that aligns with good system design. Over time, it develops a strong understanding of the environment, which translates into more efficient cleaning patterns. It’s not just working harder—it’s working smarter, and that distinction matters.
Efficiency, overall, is one of its strongest attributes. It optimizes its path, avoids redundancy, and completes its tasks without unnecessary drain on time or battery. There’s a sense that every movement has a purpose, which is something I respect in any well-designed system.

Returned it. Can only use it if you have wifi. Was told hot spot would work but didn’t.

The Best Vacuum on a Robot, not the best Robot
I have owned many different robot vacuums from different companies. This Dyson 360 Vis Nav is by far the best *vacuum* of any that I have owned. I have returned several other top end vacuums because they did such a poor job on carpet. This vacuum picks up what many others can't. I took a star off because it is not very good at navigation--in fact, because it lacks lidar it cannot navigate in the dark. Once it has mapped, navigation is acceptable. I would summarize by saying: this is the best vacuum on a robot, but it is not the best robot. If only Dyson would release a LIDAR based version of this vacuum--it would be the best! Mopping on most robots is not great, so I don't miss that too much. It would be better if it had self-emptying, but this vacuum's bin is easier to take off and empty than most.

Love it!
I bought this about a month ago and it's great it really pick up all the dust and hair And it's really easy to do To use But I don't I wish it would have an extra feature where you can Clean an area manually that is not to have the Doing the whole room just to place maybe you drop something and just wanna do you want it to pick it up For the rest it's amazing thank you.

Terrible mapping
Mapping is terrible just like many other reviews stated. Suction power is great however it gets lost frequently and not worth the hassle so I sent it back. A terrible miss for Dyson. I have your sticker vac and think it is great however you have a lot of work to do on your robots.
