Poor Product Video Presentations
This is a review of all of your newest video presentations of the features of your products. . . . this new presentation is the worst! The model doesn't show all of the features as she basically only shows how to store your air Pods, the key chain clip, and the rear pocket for the phone. The long-time previous model always did a wonderful, comprehensive description and VISUAL of the features of your products!! PLEASE bring her back. . . SHE complimented YOU and YOUR products!
