How to use: Mist Prep Rally generously onto damp hair and brush through before blow-drying. Or, spray onto dry bangs and re-blow-dry to freshen up your look. Use Hot Toddy only on dry hair. Shake well. Lift sections of dry hair and spray throughout before using hot tools.
