Runs small
Fabric is thin and lightweight. Runs small! My husband is a true medium, but I needed to exchange with a large. I can’t imagine it’d be comfortable running in tight shorts…He is 5’11”, 32x30 pants.

4 pairs, 4 pocket seams w/ loose threads
I own 4 pairs and all 4 seam stitches are falling apart. 2 pairs were coming loose upon first purchase. This generally happens along the front pockets and/or the internal rear pocket.
This is really unfortunate as the fit is great.

Too short
Unless you weigh 115 pounds, these are too short. Some ppl like that type of thing, but I’m 38, and that’s not my vibe…what happened to all the 9 and 10 inch shorts?

Great shorts, but QC is lacking
Great shorts, but quality control is way down. I have owned 5 pairs of these shorts for ~3 years and they are hands down my favorite shorts. I wear them nearly every single day for working out or lounging. As a result I decided it was time to add a few more colors and retire some of my older pairs, and the sizing on each new pair was completely different, despite ordering a Large for each. Different lengths at the knee, baggier/tighter feel around the thighs, droopy waist line/normal waist line. Only 1 of the pairs fits me the way my older shorts do, and 2 are noticeably larger/baggier. I’ll keep 1, return the other 2. Seems like the QC is off or Nike may just be cutting some corners. Either way, when they fit I love them. But seems that fitting well is a dice roll.

Back pockets needs improvement!
Shorts are comfy and have no issue with that. However, the pocket! I have an iPhone mini and it barely fits, the phone bounces around hitting your lower back/bottom with every stride and It’s a constant tug. Also, a ton of sweat is generated in that area and anything in pocket is soaked!
