Horrible
This is not a serum - it’s a thick paste that feels like a pore-reducing primer I use for my face, but less easy to spread. I don’t know if that’s how this product is supposed to be, but if it is, that’s awful. If not, then something is bad with the production or storage.
Returned it and found out that this and a lot of other products aren’t actually carried by Nordstrom, rather the brands are using Nordstrom’s online platform like one would sell on Amazon. So disappointing because this just diminishes my opinion of Nordstrom.
