Shoulder tie Dress
It's the Little Black Dress with extra flair! Very slimming bodice with bow's on the straps. (not adjustable.) The skirt is a gorgeous sheer layer of embroidered flowers in deep pink and navy over black. Fully lined and a invisible zip in back. Great knee-length to wear with any heel height.
