Size runs very very large

I am usually an S, 4-6 depending on brand, 36 European, ordered an S but probably I would be an XXS on this item given how large it is on the waist. The skirt is lovely, but a bit too much dressed up for a casual day due to the very large flare and too informal for a dress code evening. I love the skirt but it is the kind of item that I would find the chance to wear once on the season.

Beautiful skirt, runs large

It's a beautiful and really well designed skirt with a lot of attention to detail and the fabric is nice. Just be aware if purchasing that it runs large. I'm usually a size 2 and bought the xs. It fits closer to a 4 or a 6.
