Brooklee Boot

The shoes are super cute and true to size. I would not be so upset and giving 1 star if Nordstrom hadn’t sent me shoes that were already worn. The shoes were very apparent that it had been worn. First thing I noticed taking it out of the box the shoes had deep creases already in it and several scuff marks on the front toe area of both sides of the shoe. Second thing I noticed it was not in the original box, it was just in a white box with a little sticker that someone had wrote the name of the shoe and taped it on! I called customer service right away. The representative was understanding and submittt an exchange over the phone for me. It has been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the exchange.
