Perfect Solution!
This is great for my grown out balayage. I used the medium brown color to blend out the blonde and I love the darker result.

What it is: A semi-permanent hair color in a deep conditioning base that works by staining the outside of the hair with pigment.
Who it's for: Natural or color-treated hair.
What it does: Gloss+ boosts color with hydrating ingredients that leave hair soft, shiny and illuminated, without the hassle of mixing and without harsh peroxide or ammonia. Gloss+ is intended to enhance and deepen your current hair color, not to create dramatic hair color changes or cover grays. Use when color is lacking shine and vitality, when it has started to fade, or when highlights need to be toned.
How to use: Apply to clean, damp hair. Leave on for 3–20 minutes, depending on desired effect. Rinse thoroughly. Use as needed, whenever you want a color boost and to add extra shine. Lasts up to 10 shampoos. All Gloss+ shades can be mixed with dpHUE Sheer (sold separately) to create your ideal Gloss+ shade. Use Gloss+ to add shine or darken your current color, not to lighten your hair, keeping in mind your base color and highlights will react differently. Darker Gloss+ shades may stain your hands. Use gloves or wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Wow! Highly recommend
I got my hair highlighted 4.5 weeks ago. It looked good at first ...then turned into that above. This product made a huge difference and didn't leave my hair any drier than it already is.

grab some gloves!
I used the dark blonde and it just toned it to a strawberry from a baby blonde with dark way too long roots . . Did stain my hands really quickly so grab some gloves!

Not Worth the Trouble
I got this to give life to my naturally dark brown hair & tone a lot of grey. The sales associate said it would cover it, but it turned it (and my scalp) a dirty orange! I did the full 20 minutes. I loved the effect it had on my non-grey hair & it left it incredibly soft with lots of shine. Beware: this will stain your scalp for days & even turned my nails orange from styling my hair. I used gloves to apply it & washed it out in my kitchen sink. Keep anything you love away from your hair for at least 4 days (sheets, clothes, etc).

love, definitely works
My hair is balayage and it was getting too light. I felt like it looked cheap but I wasn’t feeling going to the salon because need to find a new stylist. I have to research people before I sign up with them.
Tried this, left in for 30 minutes. It said if you leave longer you get better results. Loved it! My hair looks like I just got back from the salon. What was lighter is now looking a bit darker so my hair looks fresh.

Wear gloves!
I would give this a 3/5 because it does NOT cover gray at all, but it does provide a nice tint to your hair. It is MESSY, stains your hands and your tub/shower, so wear gloves, don’t let it sit in the water in the tub, and just be careful, as you are with any hair dye. I originally bought this to help cover gray roots and it did not do the trick, but I do like to use it to add some reddish sheen to my dark brown hair.
