Sent Used Comforter
Really disappointing. I was sent a USED blanket. Stains all over the comforter. How can you charge this price and send a used damaged product?

Sent Used Comforter
Really disappointing. I was sent a USED blanket. Stains all over the comforter. How can you charge this price and send a used damaged product?

Good Quality
The comforter is lightweight but a bit too warm. I mis interrupted 'lightweight' for less warmth. The material is very crunchy and makes a lot of noise with any movement. Quality seems good and the look is perfect and what I expected.

I dont like it, it’s not very warm. Lots of spaces in the baffle boxes.
I would bring it back but I hurt my back and can’t move. And then I am away.

Happy Returning Customer
I am very pleased with bill and branch! I love the material of their inserts and covers but last year I bought one and the zipper was tearing off of the cover and the insert cotton was coming out of it and filled the inside cover with the little cotton balls. I was disappointed because it I didn’t even have it for 6 months and all this was happening. I was hesitant at first to purchase again but I decided to give it another try because like I said I love the material and expressed my concerns and why I was purchasing again at the end of my purchase in the survey and next thing I know they refunded me the money for the cover and insert that I had just purchased! I was really surprised and so happy they did this! Definitely a great business to purchase from if they are willing to acknowledge the defects of a product and send you a new one! Thank you boll and branch!
