Double Gancio Leather Bracelet

I ordered these to be picked up in-store. To my surprise, once I got to my car to try it on, it was too short. It’s offered in One Size only. I thought I ordered a Small. The people at customer service was shocked at how small the circumference was on this bracelet. They think it’s a defect. Look at the first photo where I placed it around the Salvatore Ferragamo branding. It’s that small. They (customer service) measured it at under 7” tip to tip. The description states 8 1/4”. Not true. My wrist measures at 7 1/2. Also. The width of the leather was very narrow for a man’s bracelet. It looked dainty. The Gancini buckle was polished. I thought it was brushed steel. I had to return it because it didn’t fit my wrist. Disappointed.

I found this bracelet on line shopping but wanted to place the order at Nordstrom's in Providence. The staff aof the jewelry department were very helpful and completely pleasant to work with. The order was placed and 4 days later this beautiful piece arrived at the store. I chose to have the order arrive for pickup as I am not home all that often and did not want it left on my doorstep. Once again the service in the store was exceptional. Overall a 5 star experience
