How to use: Dip dotting tool into nail polish and apply to nail to create designs. Wet the brush in your Londontown Remover (sold separately) of choice to clean along the cuticles and edges of nails. After, clean each end using a cotton round saturated in polish remover. Rinse with water and pat dry.
