Convertible Infant Car Seat/Compact Stroller System

Does it come with a Base? Or do I have to buy it separately?

Hi! I have used this for the past 6 months and I still absolutely love it. It looks a bit pricy at first glance, but read on if you're interested in more info. :-) If you're like me, you don't want to lug around a massive baby car seat every time you leave the house. Also, if you appreciate simplicity, and don't want a massive stroller with all of the attachments that get stored/buried in your trunk, then you, my friend, need to get the Doona. This carseat / stroller combo has been awesome. When I was preggo, I watched a review by Emily Norris, a vlogger on youtube, and that's what sold me originally. We have used this from day 1 when we brought my daughter home from the hospital -- and the newborn insert included was perfect, and super cozy for her during the first couple of months. When I have to head out somewhere, I simply load up my daughter, buckle her up, roll out the front door to the car, and load her up! It's so fast and convenient. When I need to run errands, like to the grocery store or post office or church, I can leave her in the carseat, and just roll into my new location without bothering her or waking her up. Why you might NOT want to buy this -- but why you should still buy it. 1.) It is quite heavy, especially with a kid inside -- BUT you only have to be able to lift it in and out of your car. I'd rather lift something heavy for 3 seconds than lug a normal carseat all over the place and throw out my back 2.) It doesn't have tons of storage. You could buy the custom attachments - but I just wear a stylish backpack as my diaper bag, and it's super easy and convenient. I appreciate simplicity. 3.) You live somewhere with LOTS and LOTS of stairs. If you live on the third floor of an apartment, you'll have to carry this heavy thing all the way up and down the stairs when you come and go. So I wouldn't recommend this for you. Final notes: -It does great on pavement, but gravel is too bumpy for the little one in there. -It fits inside most shopping carts at the grocery store -I've used it in the rain, and water just beads and rolls off the material -My daughter is super tall, and I don't see us using this past 9 months for her. There are height/weight recommendations for this. Check out the details. For us, this was worth every penny for the first few months of her life! -We are planning on re-using this for future kids for SURE. My overall review: 5/5 stars. Make room in your budget for this stroller.

Expensive and my baby is not comfortable for the baby. It's kinda small size. She always cried everytime I put her in that car seat. Sorry I just shared my comment.

Scored this during the anniversary sale pricing, I'd even pay full price. It makes life so much easier. He's now 7 months and we still use it. Can get heavy as the baby gets heavier but the convenience just does it for me!

I purchased this stroller in hopes that it would make the transition between taking the baby in/out of the car easier. However, it is much heaver than I expected and having to take this 30 plus pounds stroller/car seat in and out of the back of my two door car isn't convenient. Also, its not the best product if you're on the taller side, as the handle cannot be extended, nor are there any cup holders or pockets to hold personal items. Positive: I do love how small it is and that I can fold it up and take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. Overall, I'm on the fence whether I should keep it and use it as a secondary stroller or continue to use my B.O.B stroller with my installed car seat.
