Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was beautiful and the container is study and expensive looking. The scent is strong and the lotion absorbs quickly into the skin. Only problem, the scent was terrible. Smelled like the strongest baby powder I’ve ever had the displeasure of smelling to me and it could be smelled from across the house. The scent gave me a headache and a little rash so it clearly didn’t agree with me. My friend had the same reaction to the scent I had. It gave them a headache as well. I had someone older try the product and they didn’t react that way and they smelled something pleasant so maybe that’s the target demographic.

Leaves a greasy film
The aroma is nice, smells just like the perfume, but the cream left a greasy film on my skin that never seemed to settle. I've had the lotion, and it never felt like that, so it's definitely an ingredient they've added. I'm picky about how lotions/creams feel on my skin, and this is a no-go for the greasy residue, which is unfortunate because I like the scent. The scent itself is clean, calm, and serene smelling, so I may buy the lotion instead. I would suppose this might work if your skin is extremely dry, but it didn't work for me.

I feel cheated . . .
This is my first big disappointment with an "expensive," name-brand body cream. For more than 40 years I’ve used only wonderful body creams; their fragrance was bountiful, with the same scent of the perfume that lasted throughout the day. Not this one. Granted, the cream has a luxurious feel, but the scent is so light it’s almost non-existent. With no fragrance, the cream is useless to me. I have returned it, and I do not recommen.

Love the fragrance but the lid...
The jar arrived with a cracked lid. It probably didn't leave Nordstrom this way, but this is somewhat disappointing. I guess it is what's inside that matter, but the lid...

Great Texture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream is a dream, super thick velvety and makes my skin smells and feel so good. I love the texture and not overpowering scent. It’s fancy and it absorbs right away leaving my skin soft and smooth.
