Love these but.....
I've been looking to buy these shoes for a while and finally decided to get them. They are sooo beautiful and well made but they just don't work for my feet. I have a wider foot and they were a little uncomfortable. I'm a hairstylist and I'm on my feet for work so anything that slightly rubs on my feet can make for a tough day. This totally bummed me out!

Love the look, but severely lacking in quality!
Very stylish, but the top of the sole immediately started disintegrating. It looks disgusting when you remove your foot or look at the sandal from the side. In the past, one could count on Donald Pliner for quality. That appears to be a thing of the past, as this is not the first time that I have had his sandals not live up to what used to be a quality shoe/sandal.

New vs old, ugh....
I've purchased almost a pair a year of these sandals because I loved them (a different store) since 2005 or 2006. The most comfortable shoe ever and the cutest style ever. These are a cheaper quality, heavy and very uncomfortable. Of course I returned them.

try before you buy
I wish I had tried these on before I bought them. Although the style is classic and the fit is correct and that they are some of the most beautiful sandals around the sole is very heavy so there is lots of clunking and slapping when i walk in them. I'll keep them only because they are so beautiful on, but recommend trying them on first and walking on a hard surface.

Perfect height platform
My sister must have 8 pair of these and loves them. I have a wider foot with a high instep so so they are not my best fit but I love the way they look! I love the platform and variety of colors available as well.

Donald Pliner sandals
I wanted to love these shoes - unfortunately, the foot bed is a hard plastic with a large arch and that won't work for my feet.
