Portofino Sneaker (Women)

I purchased the 8.5 because the size 9 were slipping at the heal. I typically wear an 8 and 8.5 in designer shoes. Although I am finding that 8.5's are slightly touching the tip of my big toe and the 9's are slipping on my heels. This shoe is cute and perfect for going out for a casual lunch, etc. However, I agree with one of the comments that this is not for long time wear. It is very stiff and can be uncomfortable for walking. This is definitely a spurge for that simple fact. This is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

Terribly uncomfortable and poorly made. First of all, the siding is all off. Had to get a whole size up. Second, there’s a really sharp seam on the back, that will make my heels bleed. I felt it as soon as put them on and can tell it’s gonna be a big problem. Also, they’re very heavy, stiff, and not comfortable to walk in. Sooo not worth the money!

I ordered these shoes and never received my package. When I contacted Nordstrom they basically told me there was nothing they could do as the third party delivery service said they delivered the item. So I was left to pay over $600 for shoes I never received. An item of that amount should require signature upon delivery. This is what other high end stores require.
