Disappointed
The boots arrived in box with no tissue or packing in boots. I could not unzip one of the boots so had to drive to the nearest store for an immediate return. This is not Nordstrom quality!

Runs small and narrow in the toe
I wear a size 10, sometimes a 10.5. My feet are very narrow. These boots fit weird. It feels like there is a platform under the upper foot. I really can't describe it and I find it very uncomfortable. It's like wearing arch support, but if the arch support hits the wrong part of your foot?
Anyway, they also fit very snug in the toe box. I have long feet, but they are very narrow. These felt super tight in the toe and along with the arch support hitting the wrong part of the foot, they have to go back. Too bad, because they are super cute!

awkward fit
Tight around the toes, but loose in the heel area. Ugh really want to keep these (soo cute!) but it’s a gamble to see if they will break in properly.

Frozen Zipper!
I can't really review how these boots fit because the zipper on BOTH boots wouldn't budge! I couldn't get them on. I even looked up ways to loosen and zipper and nothing was working. Packaged them right up and dropped in the mail to return. Disappointing!

just what I was looking for!
Very cute versatile style that can be dressed up and down! And super comfy at the same time. Got a 1/2 size up if your feet are not narrow I think that’s best for comfort.
