missing crossbody strap
Cute bag, but arrived 2x with missing crossbody strap. Inconvenient return, same bag arrived a week later. Disappointing, and no remedy(Nordstrom took off a tiny bit off price, but not enough to warrant lack of strap)

Very cute but not a crossbody
Even at its largest adjustment this is just too short to be a crossbody. It is unfortunate because others it is nice.

Nice Spring/Summer Bag
The bag is a nice size, a little bigger than I expected, but will be great for spring and summer. The shoulder strap is a nice soft leather. My order was missing the convertible strap, which I wasn’t able to resolve by phone call to customer service. I’ll need to find one elsewhere because it will make a good crossbody bag for traveling. The bag came with a storage bag. The shoulder strap can be easily swapped out with a longer strap (wish it came with one, the leather will be hard to match). Overall, looking forward to using this bag if winter ever ends.

Love it!!
Bought this for an upcoming trip to Greece. Love the fact that it can be shoulder or cross body. Plenty of storage space. Zipper does get a little stuck when you zip and unzip based on the shape of the bag.
