Dolen Platform Sneaker (Women)

I love these shoes. They look great and are extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, both shoes are falling apart and I have not even owned them for a month yet. I went in our local store yesterday and asked if they could be repaired, something Nordstroms used to always do. I was told it was not a service offered anymore and the location of a shoe repair place. I should not have to pay for these shoes to be fixed considering their cost and the fact they are weeks old. My size is unavailable for an exchange so I will just need to glue them myself or wait to see if more become available for exchange. Please bring back the services that made Nordstroms stand apart from the other stores.

Was excited to see this shoe, similar to Chloe but less expensive (I can buy 5 pairs for the price of one Chloe!!!). However, even though I ordered a size up (normally 7.5 and ordered an 8 based on reviews) they are still too small. They are sold out of every size and main reason I ordered through Nordstrom is return policy is excellent. Unfortunately, none of the styles are available in my size and reading other reviews on soles coming apart made me realize you get what you pay for. So now I'm the owner of an expensive and glamourous pair of Chloe's!

These just arrived and I cannot believe how small they are. I wear a size 10-11 depending on the brand & shoe. I ordered size 11 and my toe hits the front of the shoe. The toe box narrows in the front and the tip of my toes hit the shoe. I’m so sad. The only reason I gave two stars is for their cuteness and the comfort minus being too small. Someone else can enjoy them when I return them tomorrow.

These are beautiful shoes. Very stylish, great color and I like the platform as it adds height. Reminds me of the beautiful Chloe sneakers. Unfortunately, they are very heavy and run very small and narrow. I bought them for a trip to Europe but they are too heavy for travel and not comfortable for walking at all. Sadly I had to return them.
