Poor Business Practices
I ordered this exact scarf for $225 as it was listed on the website, however I received the skinny scarf. I called Nordstrom customer service, the representative (who struggled with English and wasn't able to fully understand what my issue was) assured me that the next scarf they sent would be the large square scarf.
So I ordered it again at the listed price of $225 and again they sent the skinny scarf. Clearly, there was some kind of mix up on the listed pricing but Nordstrom should have honored what was listed or reached out to me to explain the mix up-- not just switch the product. It seems incredibly unethical to take the customer's money and send them a different product.
Very disappointing.
