Devotion Logo Heart Lambskin Crossbody Bag

I love the bag and the details but the packaging was horrible. I picked it up in the store and when i opened it there it just came inside a white PLASTIC bag. No box nor dust bag. I asked the staff in the pick up area section and he told me its unacceptable for paying so much money and only came in a white plastic bag. I hope NORDSTROM would do something about how you pack Luxury goods specially online orders. People pay a lot of money to be getting a plastic bag. Improve on it NORDSTROM!
