Dog Treat Pouch

Purchased the convertible leash with treat pouch. Received both items in great condition but noticed the discrepancy in color. The pouch is more of a red orange than the color and/or picture listed. I raised the issue with them, but the response was dismissive. They attributed it to the use of different materials, though this is not disclosed on the website (color and material are listed as the same for both items nor has anyone else complained about this issue). Given the lack of transparency, I unfortunately, will not be a returning customer
