Divine Day Sweater

Stripes are in and this one is a goodie. Just what I was looking for - a light pullover that you can were a tee underneath. This is a cotton sweater so not your warmest for winter.

I love this sweater I've worn it pretty much every other day since I got it a couple weeks ago! I bought this in store - I do not think I would have bought it online based on the model photos. I think it looks much better in person -- the fit is more oversized than the pictures show, but in a way that I think works for it! I sometimes wear medium but mostly wear a large, and a medium fits nicely loose on me. I echo what another commenter said that the bottom is more gathered than the photo show, BUT I actually really like that because I kind of tuck it under and then the sweater has a really nice boxy, slightly cropped look. I got the brown color and I think it's just a really nice flattering staple.

I like how heavy this sweater is. It's a dense knit that I think will hold up over time. The dropped sleeves and very slight crop is trendy without being overly so. I work in a casual environment so this is a perfect fall/winter work top that will go well with lots of different types and colors of bottoms.

I ordered this online and just got it in the mail today so I don't know how it wears long term but I'm 5'9 with a curvy build and this sweater is very cute. I bought the grey/white striped in medium and its both comfortable and office appropriate. The waist hem is a bit more gathered on me than it looks on the model but I think it works in the sweaters favor to make it look a little more fitted.
