Disappointing Fluff Level

Epitome of a soft, fluffy luxury slipper
These are so comfy and feel like my feet are wrapped in a cozy cloud, exactly how UGGs used to feel when they originally became popular. I've had quality inconsistency issues with UGGs lately, but not these. I sized up, but these run true to size, so I'll exchange for my regular size 10.

Buy the slippers
Buy the slippers! I had purchased these shoes previously from the UGG website and loved them so much, I wanted a pair in another color. They were out of my size on the UGG website and so I found them on here. My purchase came in the original UG box and they are exactly what I was looking for and as described on the website shipping was fast. I’m usually a 7 1/2 recommends sizing up to be able to wear them with socks 8 fit perfectly.

Soft and fluffy
Absolutely beautiful and very soft. I so desperately wanted these. However, if they are a must have …size up. They don’t stay on very good. I think that if I had gone one or two sizes up, they would’ve been fine.

not comfy
These are not so comfortable since the foot board is so hard to walk in. Nothing like 3 other UGG TAZZ pairs I have. These cannot compare to them. Fluffy top part is ok but color is way too light. It will get dirty super quickly. I think I could’ve gone one whole size up. They are little tight if you have wider foot. Even so, I’m not keeping them due to lack of comfort. Otherwise, I would have kept them. I recommend navy Ugg Tazz instead.

Expected better from Nordstrom
The shoes are adorable and I feel they run true to size. However, they didn’t even come in an UGG box. There was no packing in the shoes, and I definitely believe these were a returned and used item. I’m embarrassed to give these as a gift because they are not even in an original box
The shipping took forever also not happy with my experience
