What it is: A large scented candle with an aroma that evokes a splendid bouquet of roses in bloom, poured into a limited-edition porcelain vessel designed by Constantin Riant.

Fragrance story: In the frost of winter, the promise of floral freshness from rose bushes teeming with flowers. Some are still in the process of opening, others are already in full bloom. Dew settles on the petals; the fragrance fills the air with fresh, flowery notes.

For Valentine’s Day, Diptyque invited artist Constantin Riant to create a motif that speaks the language of love in his own hand, dreamed up just for the occasion. Known for his ceramic work, Riant paints in a signature deep blue that recalls porcelain and Toile de Jouy. His strokes tell a story of tenderness, of symbols reborn in a contemporary light.

How to use: When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface. Cut the wick regularly. Ensure that the wick is straight and centred when putting out the flame. Air out your indoor space after burning a candle. Suitable for large rooms and outdoor spaces.
