What it is: A body butter with rose water and rich oils that creates a fresh texture to soothe dry and sensitive skin.
What it does: Lavish damask rose blends with myrrh and balsam of Peru to create a luxurious scent, while rose water, honey, argan oil, glycerine, peach butter, macadamia oil, hazelnut oil and vitamin E acetate nourish the skin.
How to use: Smooth onto skin daily as needed. For best results, apply after a shower or bath.

I am so glad Norstrom has finally added this to their line of beauty products. This body butter is truly incredible it actually feels as smooth as butter. The consistency is creamy yet light and melts into your skin. The fragrance is incredible. It's a combination of scents. It's rose, but not like something your grandmother would wear, even though I am grandmother. It smells like a fresh cut rose but has a headiness to it. It has a fresh and clean smell with a hint of musk. It's pricey, but well worth the investment. My skin feels so good. Another plus the fragrance lasts. This is another example of Nordstroms leadership in bringing new, exciting and sophisticated products to be enjoyed by even Nordstroms most demanding shopper.

Totally overpowering scent
Moisturises well but the scent is completely overpowering. Really really strong and impossible to shake off. I actually had to shower after aplying in the end as it was giving me a headache. Diptique really need to look at reformulating this as its just rediculous how heavily perfumed it is. Couldnt finish the pot.

"Pro-aging Lotion"
I wanted to like this product as the frangrace is a beautiful soft rose that lingers well into the day. Unfortunately it dries out my skin and leaves it flaky and even more aged. I would call it the pro-aging lotion. Not good Dyptique.

My favorite body butter.
This is a really good body butter. I have dry skin and have tried so many creams and moisturizers, but they all made me feel greasy. This body butter did not make me greasy. It glides on smooth and absorbs fast. I like sealing this body butter in with the Voile Satin Hair & Body oil, same company of course. The scent is strong at first but quickly settles into a very clean scent that both men and women would like. It is a bit pricey for a body butter, but it’s a nice daily luxury treat.
