Details & care
What it is: A hand and body gel that transforms into an incredibly light and silky cleansing foam upon contact with water.
What it does: Enriched with shea butter, it both perfumes and softens the skin. The fragrance's notes reveal themselves with intensity, as if your entire body were immersed in the heart of the perfume. The fresh scent of this gel will fill your entire bathroom, like an invitation on a journey. The notes are fresh leaf, green fruit, bark and milky sap, all intensified by a touch of white cedar.

Beautiful, luxurious body wash
This is such a beautiful, luxurious body wash. It smells lovely, like being on holiday in a very swish place in Greece and it lathers beautifully. It leaves my skin feeling soft and doesn't irritate at all. It leaves a gentle smell on the skin but isn't overwhelming. I love this and feel like using it is a real treat.

Pump doesn’t work
The pump for the bottle barely squirts anything out at all, despite lots of unscrewing and cajoling. Not what I expected for £43. Smells lovely though, definitely like the perfume, which I used to own. Can’t speak for the hydrating properties as yet as I’ve only used it on my hands so far.

Subtle and Sophisticated
Here in quarantine I decided I deserved a splurge! So I tried my first Diptyque body wash, since I am a devoted fan of the candle line. It is very nice. A decent size yet far from economical. The Diptyque Philosykos perfume smells like wet concrete on me, but the body wash has a pleasant fragrance. Not too strong or lingering, which I appreciate. I don’t think I’ll repurchase, but I’m happy I bought it to try out during these trying times. A few minutes of luxury is so valuable right now.

Not their best
Hmmm I am a huge fan of Diptyque and particularly love their candles and perfumes. However, this product was a bit disappointing and very expensive for it's performance. Like others I don't think the pump is very good and I was disappointed that the scent wasn't stronger. Still 3 stars for the gorgeous scent and it's a nice product, but not their best.

Nice smell
More i'm discovering diptyque more i think that they're really excel in the art of recreating the exact right smell of what they described. As a girl from south of France i can definitly smell the fig's tree and enjoy it . The only " negative " point is that , like for their fresh lotion , i have to use more product than what i thought to have this foaming effect .
Diptyque stay a beautiful brand and that's not stopping me to want to try more product.

Big fan of the fragrance
I simply love the fresh, light fig fragrance and have tried most products in the range. They are all very good quality and this one is no different. It forms quite a loose foam rather than a thick lather, so I prefer it as a hand wash rather than a shower gel. The fragrance of this product doesn't last as well as the lotion - you need to layer if you want it to linger in any way.
