Awful pump
The pump has stopped working after the initial bottle and half a bottle of refil. Awful quality for an handwash that is meant to be refilled. Spacenk won't replace the pump so now the bottle is useless. Very unfortunate as the product is nice otherwise.

Love the soap and bottle, hate the pump
The product is great, and the bottle is beautiful. The issue is that the pump only allows something like a half-dime-size amount to be pumped, and then you have to wait a long time (more than 30 minutes) before it can be used again. I think it's related to the scrub particles and high viscosity; regardless, it's annoying. The silver lining is the bottle has lasted a year!

Slightly a bit to exfoliating
I used this at the Diptyque store last week and was thinking of purchasing it as the softening hand wash was lovely and is now my go to hand wash. It is a nice exfoliating hand wash to use, say for example post gardening etc however it feels trying post use therefore I am not too sure whether I’d purchase it. Overall the bottle is pretty

Luxurious
The bottle is so beautiful and heavy. It makes the bathroom look really luxe in an understated way. The smell is lovely and the exfoliating beads feel great too. The product is pretty expensive but at least you can hopefully reuse the bottle or refill it.

hand wash
I do a lot of gardening and work with horses and my hands suffer with dryness and chapping but I was given this as a gift for my birthday and have been using it every day . I use it at the end of every day and My hands are so much softer because they are exfoliated once a day and feel cared for

Indulgent but worth it!
I tried this in a space NK shop and couldn’t believe how incredible it made my hands feel.! I struggle with dry skin on my hands quite a lot as I wash them quite regularly and this exfoliating wash not only smells amazing. But the exfoliating properties just soften the skin and it’s not at all harsh.
It is expensive for a hand wash, but I would re-purchase again and the great news is there is a refill which is a lot cheaper than when you initially buy it.
