A homage to the rose, Eau Rose is composed of an infusion of the finest damascena and centifolia roses, the best roses in perfumery. Gorgeous Rose
This is by far the prettiest Rose fragrance I have ever bought. It smells expensive and you can tell it's made with the finest ingredients. It's very uplifting yet sensual. On me it last all day, with medium sillage. It smells fresh like a pink tea rose rather then a dark red rose. The bottle is beautiful to(very french). This fragrance is inspired by Pierre Ronsards poem Mignonne allons voir si la rose written in the fifteen hundreds. I'm such a romantic.

Good scent, but lasts 5 seconds.
Scent is a very soft, yet zesty rose. The lychee scent is definitely super prominent upon first spritz and the rose is there but more muted (than.. say.. JM Red Roses.. that is a true rub rose petals all over me type of scent, which is nice layered with other scents, I don't like it much on it's own). The scent is lovely, and less grandma-y than what you would think for a rose scent (this is very light, feminine, and fresh, rather than heavy or powdery) .. HOWEVER.. I literally spray it on and 5 minutes later I can barely-if at all-smell it. And for $100+ (with tax and such) I want this to at least last me 2 hours, not 2 minutes. I mean the ideal is like 4-6, but I'm being generous here. With Diptyque's fame and background, I was hoping for a lot more from this fragrance. I really LOVE Eau Duelle, and I sniffed around at the other scents, but they didn't pique my interest much. I was really hoping to love this, but the price is not worth it IMO.

my favorite scent
This has very quickly become my favorite and my signature scent. I have almost NEVER bought another bottle of the same perfume in my whole life (I’m 44), but I just repurchased this bottle. I absolutely love it. There isn’t anything cloying about it, it doesn’t give me a headache (most fragrances do) and it’s seasonless. Highly recommend if you love florals and rose.

pure rose perfection
This is a gorgeous scent. Much better than all other rose perfumes, Jo Malone Red Roses, Stella McCartney, Roses de Chloe etc. I love Diptyque candles & skincare and their fragrances now too!

Rose with hint of musk
I always get a lot of compliments when I use this perfume. It is not too flowery like other rose perfumes. It has some musk in it so that makes it more exotic. It also does not give me a skin rash like other perfumes do.
I work in the medical field and I have to be careful with the perfume I use.

Fresh Roses but...
This is a well crafted rose fragrance and love the initial first spray however it does not hold on and for the price you pay for a "Toilette water" I will keep searching...

Best Rose perfume
If you are looking for a Rose scented perfume look no further. This is best Rose perfume. I have been on the hunt for a Rose smelling perfume and I think I must have tried a hundred. This perfume smells like rose but it is not overwhelming. You need to try this! It’s pricey but it is worth it. A little goes a long way. I get compliments every time I wear this perfume. The scent also lasts the whole day. I would spray in the morning and I still get compliments of how good I smell around 7 pm.
