Diounes Water Resistant Reversible Puffer Jacket

I bought this jacket online for in-store pickup. When I get there, I'm handed Moncler's Diounes reversible short down jacket. The initial guy who assisted with the order was super helpful, we compared tags, the photos on this page, etc. What I was given definitely matched the SKU. So we go over to the Moncler boutique in the store where a fairly unhelpful employee takes a glance and informs us that sometimes "test images" are used - perhaps for a product that's being considered, but never actually released. Search the web or Moncler's site for "Diounes Twill Bomber Jacket" and you'll see such a thing doesn't exist. On a $2300 piece of merchandise, this is most definitely not what I expect from Nordstrom.
