What it is: Inspired by runway shows, this must-have Total Matte Smoky Palette can be used to recreate the bold and vibrant makeup looks seen on the catwalk.
How to use: Subtly blend Base 1 over the entire mobile eyelid and the inner corner of the eye. Apply Color 2 along the lashline, blending upward and outward. Define the eyes with Liner applied along the upper and lower lashlines. It's also ideal for defining the brow line and filling in sparse brow areas. Use the included angled brush to apply Color 4 along the brows. For lasting results and a touch of shine, apply waterproof wax 5 as a top coat over the entire brow.
