Details & care
What it is: A lip liner that gives your lips a perfect finish and is incredibly easy to use, gliding on with a clean, full line that enhances your lip volume.
What it does: Its built-in brush blends lines and applies lipstick, while a built-in sharpener ensures you always have the perfect point.
How to use: Start in the middle of your upper lip and draw a "V" shape on the cupid's bow. Then define the contours starting at the center of your lips and gradually lightening until the corner. For more intense color and to optimize hold, fill in the inner part of the lips with pencil.

Great lipliners!
When it comes to lipliners I need to go to the store. I need to see the texture and color. In this photo I am using over my lips #532 BRUN JUNGLE/Jungle Brown. I wished they named it soft brown. But overall its a great color. All of their lipliners are great and are worth it.
And the best part is you get a sharpener, and its a great quality sharpener.

Doesn’t work!
The product doesn’t meet expectations. It transferred very easily despite being “transfer proof”. It transferred onto my mask each time I used it. It also came completely off from having coffee and a pastry. I really wanted to love this but unfortunately the cheap drug store brands do a better job at staying on. The color is beautiful though.

Tried and true
This particular line of lip pencils has been my resource for over 30 years. Most importantly it lasts longer than many, retaining its hue after light meals. I preferred the original drier formula of many years ago vs the new more moist smoother line....but learned to like it and apply it AFTER light neutral powder on the lip, to prevent runs up the lip lines.
Costly but reliable.

My Lips But (Way) Better
I've searched EVERYWHERE for a lipliner that matches my real lip color so that I can make my lips look slightly more full without being obvious.
All the other nude-ish liners I tried from all major brands ended up turning/having a brown/orange undertone, which is so aging.
Christian Dior makes a color called "Airy Mauve" which matches my lips and looks beautiful (and it's NOT the dreaded mauve color from the 80's). Works great with so many lipstick colors and also looks great with just gloss over it. LOVE.

Dior Fig is a winner
I got this in Fig because I have been searching for a perfect toned nude liner that came with a sharpener small enough to fit inside my everyday cosmetic bag. This hit the color mark, although the tip of the pencil was oddly shrouded by the "wood" coating. I'm hoping it will sharpen okay. For reference, the liners I have purchased this last month were Iconic Nude by Charlotte Tilbury, Chestnut in MAC, and Boldly Bare in MAC which I kept but were not wholly sufficient. These were either not dark enough or too dark. Fig is perfect.

Cognac
Dior twist up liner in COGNAC was a perfect neutral color, applied nicely and my fav liner. Dior discontinued so I tried the neutral Grege in this pencil. The color is too light and orange cast and the pencil formula does not last. I won't repurchase.
Why do they always discontinue my favs - oy.

very pretty
I bought a holiday red thinking it may be a little darker.boughtit on line..
At first a little disappointed not because of the quality but my own mistake buying without really knowing the real color. After I tried on, I was happy as expected. Cd never really disappoints me with the color, look or the quality. The color is very pretty by itself or it mixes well with darker color like burgundy. Or I could use this at center and smudge out toward the border or the lips and finish with lipglosses.
This will last and I will enjoy.
