Rouge Contour Classic Lip Liner

A creamy formula that is long wearing. In the first photo I am wearing wearing over my lips so it would be easier to see the color is MYSTERIOUS MATTE. In the second photo I am wearing PINK SKY, on the package it is called GEL ROSE PINK SKY, it seems in my opinion to be more like a dark mauve. The third photo is JUNGLE BROWN. The last photo starting from the top left is GREGE, BOIS De ROSE, HOLIDAY RED (seems more like a pink-sh red) and THRILLING PLUM. Some are creamy and some colors are a bit dry. All photos were done in natural light so I hope it helps in choosing a color.

Originally I looked at this and thought: Invisible lipliner?This is goofy. At my age all makeup gets harder to wear and less is more. Lipstick is a real problem. Anyway- This is genius-The clear liner sort of fuses with my sheer lipsticks-keeping the line intact. The brush makes that easier to do and the lipstick stays on longer and wears off evenly. Great product.

This pencil has solved all my lipstick issues. I have had problems with lipstick staying on, especially if they are not matte, like Armani or Bobbi Brown Rich Lipstick. I swipe my lips with this liner, use the brush to blend it in, then use my lipsticks like Dior Addict over it, and wow, the lipstick stays put and lasts! I am so happy to have found this solution. I use it under all the lighter textured lipsticks like YSL Rouge Volupte which are very beautiful but very creamy. Also, I am too practical to buy a lipstick liner in every color to match every lipstick. That is just such a waste of money. This solves that problem as well. I could not recommend this lip liner more highly.

This is "clear" lip liner is absolutely fantastic! No need to to find the perfect 'match' for your lipstick, helps keep your lipstick in place. Doesn't matter if you are wearing a sheer lip shade or matte finish shade. Really reduces the touch ups! If used for a base all over the lip, WOW talk about staying power! Again when I use as a base, very little touch up is needed.

Been using this CLEAR line for over 5 years. It’s good stuff. Why do I love it? It glides on smoothly without tugging. Great lip base. Keep lipstick & gloss from feathering. IT IS CLEAR!!! I no longer worry about matching liner to my lipstick or gloss. It’s clear...seriously. I was a bit annoyed the rep tried to talk me out of buying this let alone trying it. She told me I wasn’t “old enough” and only senior ladies bought it. What??? I forces the issue and was glad I did. My bottom lip looks weird when lined; not weird when not lined but I still needed something. I wanted something that wouldn’t look weird AND went with everything...when I joked about wishing there was a clear liner I about fell off the chair when told there is one. I may be 20-25 years younger than the demo the rep referred to but I don’t care. I love this stuff and won’t be without it. It’s great with matte lipsticks too!
