Poison Eau de Toilette

it takes me back to when I was young early twenty's and had all the confidence of the clubs NARS mention in his products like Area nightclub, etc. It's an instant travel back in time to a time without Lady Gaga and every other starlet like Jessica Simpson etc, making their own perfume. this was from the house of DIOR.

I loved this when it first came out, but have not worn it in a very long time. I received it for Mother's Day, and was so excited. Then disappointed. It must have been reformulated at some point. It used to be lush, exotic, spicy and a bit sweet. Now it's very, very sweet, much heavier on the plum and nowhere near as spicy. It's actually still a very nice scent, and the quality is great. It's very, very long-lasting, strong yet subtle, and has nice silage. But it's no longer the masterpiece it once was.

I LOVE Dior poison ! yes I am a man and I do wear Dior Poison. It brought back such a great memories from the 80s. I know this perfume is marketed for women, but I truly feel this is a very unisex scent. Just apply it lightly, one spray at an arm distance away from your body then walk into the perfume mist is enough to last all day. The new Dior Poison ingredients has been reformulated to comply with European regulations... even tho it's not the same as the original from the 80s, I still think it captured the spirit of "Poison" pretty well. Don't be scare guys, you can definitely wear Dior Poison, just very lightly and wear it with pride! I've received many compliments from both men and women and no one ever point their fingers at me saying "OMG you are wearing a women's perfume", instead they all wondered what's that mysterious scent that smells sooo good! Dior Poison is definitely an Unisex fragrance! Whether it smells masculine or feminine is in the nose of the beholder. That is unless you solely base your purchases on marketing.
