Ravenclaw 54mm Polarized Aviator Sunglasses

The entire experience was an abomination and just overall left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I had ordered the glasses beginning of the month, they sent me an email stating I needed to go get an eye exam done as my current prescription was too old. After everything was said and done about 5 days after I had uploaded my new prescription I got an email telling me everything was sold out. How can you go basically an entire month and not be notified that these frames are sold out. They had a chance to tell me in the beginning when I put the order in, they had a chance when they had notify me that I needed a new prescription, and lastley they had a chance to notify when they told me everything was okay and the order was being made. DIFF made me pay for a useless eye exam and it doesn't look like DIFF will reimburse me or that they even have a shred of care for taking me for a ride. Honestly I'd recommend staying away cause DIFF doesn't even know what they have for inventory nor do they care when things go south. What a joke.
