Was great while it lasted
I purchased this diaper bag, and was pleased with the size, and what it fit. I loved the different spaces for items, and the convenance of a backpack. The bag itself is a little weighted, even while empty. Feels very durable. My newborn is 1 month, and we have used the bag maybe 4 times for doctor appts., and visiting grandparents. The strap broke (the little metal piece that holds the strap at the desired length somehow broke and fell off, and now the bag is unusable as a backpack. I wanted to love this bag.

Worst backpack
Literally been having this backpack since my baby was born 4-4-2025 & honestly it’s not worth it my family has always been big fan of Nordstrom & with this backpack we are very disappointed never have washed it take care of it we switch on with different backpacks and out of all this backpack is disappointing I suggest to go with another.

Both zippers broke shortly after using it. For the cost I would not recommend. It’s a good looking bag but very disappointed at the quality.
