Beautiful dress!
If you are looking for a feminine dress that is flattering and doesn't add yards of extra fabric, THIS is the dress. The color is actually more of a muted blue-green (see photo), which is understated and very pretty. The seams at the waist give it a nice streamlined look. I tried on many similar dresses (ruffles, tiers, flounces, etc.) and this was by far the best.
