Diamond Quilted Barn Jacket With Faux Leather Trim

This is a great-looking, lightweight jacket—ideal for mild winter evenings in Southern California. The deep navy color is rich, and the gold RLL snaps give it a polished, elevated look. The length hits right at the top of the thighs, which is both flattering and practical. That said, I was disappointed by a few things. The material is quite thin, so don’t expect much warmth, and it doesn’t seem water-resistant. Most notably, the wide black faux leather trim patches on top of the shoulders and elbows looks shiny and plastic-like, which cheapens the overall appearance. I wish they had used genuine leather or a higher-quality alternative—it feels like a missed opportunity, especially coming from Lauren Ralph Lauren. I expected more attention to detail at this price point.
