Diamond Leather Crossbody Bag

The purse is a little smaller than I expected but not terrible. Now the packaging when they shipped it to me was bad, I understand this isn’t over a grand but hey it’s still a designer and several hundred dollars, I expect it to arrive properly secured to avoid any scratches. When I opened the box, the purse was literally moving around in the box with nothing to protect it, no box, no bag, no foam nothing. I mean not even a plastic bag. That is unacceptable for such a company to be so careless

I agree with the previous review. When I received the bag, it was in a plastic bag and put in the delivery box. No packing, bubble rap, nothing to protect the bag from being damaged. The bag had some scratches on the back as if was returned. I ordered the bag again, and requested to pick up at the store and had the same experience. The bag was put in a shopping bag with nothing to protect it. This too had some scratchesbut not as much as the one that was delivered. I returned both. Nordstrom has to do better.
